Reiki is a gentle, secular self-healing practice that began in Japan about a hundred years ago. No beliefs are required. It's a bring-your-own-woo-woo kind of practice: just your intention and a willingness to listen to your body.
Three practices, one Heart

Inner Mediation
Learning to talk to your body, listen to your Heart, and settle the beef inside, the way I do in The Inner Mediator.
Ho'oponopono
A Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, carried by four simple phrases: I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
How it works
Every attunement is 1:1
Just you and me, with time and attention for whatever you feel.
A community, almost every day
We practice, share and ask questions together on WhatsApp and Discord.
At your own pace
Time to practice and integrate each level before moving on to the next.
The Usui path
- Level I: Your first attunement and training begin right away. This is the level where you learn to work with your own energy and practice self-healing.
- Level II: When you feel ready. From here, we practice Reiki with one another and learn to facilitate group healing sessions. On Level II, you learn to use your own healing energy to reach your client or the person you are working with. Reiki only works where there is consent.
- Master Level: After at least four months of practice with Levels I and II, so you arrive with confidence and experience. Once you reach Master Level, you learn how to attune other people to Levels I, II and Master. Here, you learn Master at the teacher level.
Gratitude Reiki: a gentle practice built around four feelings: unconditional gratitude, unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness and unconditional compassion.
Already a Reiki Master? Wonderful! The Founding Circle is made for you: eight advanced attunements and, at the end of the year, the principles behind creating your own Reiki system.
